Rogue Shinobi Ranking System

Rogue Shinobis are ninjas who left their village for whatever reason. Rogues are broken down into six different ranks, D-Rank, C-Rank, B-Rank, A-Rank, S-Rank and Legendary Rogue. Rogues can only increase in their rank by popularity, rather they attack villages or ninjas to gain more popularity. All rogue shinobis are normally on alert as they can be stalked by tracker ninjas from their former village. Most rogue shinobis are hunted down by their village as they do not wish for their village's secrets to be discovered. Rogue shinobis can either follow a life of crime and attack people or some may just wish to live in peace and no longer worry about living in their village. Rogues ranks cannot be skipped no matter what they have done to increase their reputation.


D-Rank Rogues are the lowest class of shinobis, they are normally skilled as a normal Genin. It is rare to see this class of Rogues on their own as they have little skills and can easily be tracked down by their village shinobis.

Limits:
D-Rank Criminal (Genin) can only obtain up to: 3 C-Ranks and 1 B-Rank Jutsu.
D-Rank Criminal (Experienced Genin) can only obtain up to: 5 C-Ranks and 1 B-Rank Jutsu. (This limit can only be obtained if a Experienced Genin leaves their village)

C-Rank ninjas are classified as Chuunin leveled. Though they were important within their village they normally form groups to protect oneself of being captured and killed by their former village tracker ninjas. This class of Rogues are normally used by crime lords for petty crimes and assassinations.

Limits:
C-Rank Rogue (Chuunin) can only obtain up to: 3 B-Ranks and 1 A-Rank Jutsu.
C-Rank Rogue (Chuunin ANBU) can only obtain up to: 4 B-Ranks and 2 A-Rank Jutsu. (This limit can only be obtained if a Chuunin ANBU leaves their village)

B-Rank Rogues have reached a certain point in their career that they do not have to take orders unless they are apart of a group. They are considered a matured and seasoned class of Rogues who can perform most missions with ease, but are still less popular than an A-Rank Rogue.

Limits:
B-Rank Rogue (Special Jounin) can only obtain up to: 5 B-Ranks and 3 A-Ranked Jutsus.

An A-Rank Shinobi are normally classified as Jounin level. Though they are strong they are the most hunted down class of Rogues as they hold a large amount of knowledge of their former village, if they were Jounins before their departure. This rank of Rogues are normally on ninja's bingo books as a high payment would be given to those who capture these high leveled shinobis.

Limits:
A-Rank Rogue (Jounin) can only obtain up to: 8 A-Ranks and 1 S-Rank Jutsu.
A-Rank Rogue (Jounin ANBU) can only obtain up to: 10 A-Ranks and 2 S-Ranked Jutsus. (This limit can only be obtained if a Jounin ANBU leaves their village)
A-Rank Rogue (ANBU Captain) can only obtain up to: 3 S-Ranked Jutsus. (This limit can only be obtained if an ANBU Captain leaves their village)

S class Rogues are one of the most deadliest class of Rogues, only second to a Legendary Rogue. Most ninjas of this class prefer to work alone as they are strong enough that they no longer require any aid for protection unless they are the leader of a group. S-Rank Rogues are commonly on villages' bingo books and are commonly known and feared for their massive power. (There can only be a maximum of five S-Rank Rogues in this Forum.)

As strong as a Sannin in strength

Limits:
S-Rank Rogue (Sannin) can only obtain up to: 6 S-Rank Jutsus.
S-Rank Rogue (Kage) can only obtain up to: 8 S-Rank Jutsus. (This limit can only be obtained if a Kage or Retired Kage leaves their village)

Legendary Rogues are the strongest class a Rogue can reach, they are considered to be known throughout the world for their power. One can only obtain this class if they had performed something most amazing as a S-Rank Rogue. This level is so hard to obtain that even if a Kage leaves their village they are not considered a Legendary Rogue only a S-Rank Rogue. (There can only be a maximum of two Legendary Rogues in this Forum.)

Legendary Rogues can only obtain up to: 10 S-Rank Jutsus.
