| Just as Tsunade had Shizune, Kages shall now have Village Aides. Every Ninja Village will now have a second person to help their Kages in their responsibilities, these people will be considered Village Aides. Each aide will be allowed moderator status in their village and country and will be allowed to approve new ninjas into their village and hand out missions as if they were Kages. However, just like Kages are not paid per mission instead they are given a 30 JP salary per month so shall these aides, the only difference is that aides will be paid 15 JP a month. This is not to limit the power of Kages but help them if they ever grow inactive or busy for a short time period. | |
