Kawarimi no Jutsu

A basic substitution jutsu which allows the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. (Note, the object's weight must be approximately equal to the user.) This allows the ninja to quickly hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. This jutsu can not be used in places where it is impossible to escape, such as a cage and can not be used when a ninja is tied up. This jutsu may only be used three times in battle.

Kinobori no Waza

Suimen Hokou no Waza

Suimen Hokou no Waza is the evolution of Kinobori no Waza. Similar to Kinobori no Waza the user will first gather chakra into their feet. Once obtaining enough chakra the user is able to walk on the surface of water as if they were weightless, similar to a feather. Note, Genin rank ninjas must have at least Chakra Control Lvl 1 to utilize this technique. Requires .5 chakra per post.

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. Shunshin no Jutsu deals in high-speed movement, allowing a ninja to move from one location to another in an instant. To disguise their movements the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance, though a puff of smoke is the most commonly used form of cover. Depending on a ninja's level of speed will alter the effects of this jutsu.
* Lvl I: The user may use this jutsu to move once in two posts, without a chance of attacking or using a jutsu afterward. May not exceed 10 meters with one usage.
* Lvl 2: May be used once a post, without a chance of attacking or using a jutsu right after. May not exceed 15 meters with one usage.
* Lvl 3: May be used up to twice a post and able to attack once afterward. May not exceed 20 meters with one usage.
* Expert Lvl: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of one type of jutsu combo (Nin, Tai or Gen) afterward. May not exceed 25 meters with one usage.
* Master Lvl: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of using all forms of jutsu afterward. May not exceed 35 meters with one usage.

Genjutsu Kai

This technique allows the user to temporarily cease the chakra flow around their brain, this can be altered by placing their hands onto their ally to cease the chakra flow around the ally's brain. This will release the ninja of an A-Rank Genjutsu of any type. This technique can also release multiple Genjutsus note, when releasing multiple Genjutsus placed on a person the Genjutsus released can not exceed C-Rank. Any jutsu that maintains chakra will be canceled once this jutsu is in use (Up to C rank). Mandatory 11 chakra cost.

Chou Genjutsu Kai
Type: Ninjutsu
Sub-Type: Basic

This technique completely stops the chakra flow around their brain, this can be altered by placing their hands onto their ally to cease the chakra flow around the ally's brain. This will release the ninja of all types of Genjutsu of any rank. This technique can be used to release multiple Genjutsus of any type and of any rank. After performing this technique the user can not use any other techniques that post. Any jutsu that maintains chakra will be canceled once this jutsu is in use (Up to B rank). Mandatory 17 chakra cost.

A jutsu first used by the Uchiha Clan now used by many other ninjas. First, the ninja emits a series of small fire balls. This jutsu can be used to cover projectiles like shurikens and kunais. To the opponent the attack appears as if only fire balls are coming at them, the projectiles hidden from sight and can still continue to move to the target even if the fire is put out.

Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu

A jutsu first used by the Uchiha Clan now used by many other ninjas. The ninja draws chakra from the mouth and then it enters their chest and then immediately exhales it. By putting the hand to the mouth the ninja blows out a stream of fire which erupts into a large ball of flames.

Katon Kibaku Goukakyuu no Jutsu

Sub-Type: Katon

This jutsu is the evolution of Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu. This jutsu is exactly the same as Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu except that it has a longer range and generates a larger ball of flames however, once it erupts into a ball of flames it will explode causing severe damage.

Jigyakkou no Jutsu

A Genjutsu in which to pull out forgotten memories, first the user will place the target in a slow minded trance. After counting back to the day they wish to learn about, they will ask the target to remember incidents they have since forgotten. This allows the user to gather intel that would other be inaccessible. This jutsu can only work if the target is secured and is not moving.

Utakata
Type: Genjutsu
Sub-Type: Visual + Audio + Sensation
Rank: A
Utakata is an advanced Genjutsu in which an opponent must look at the user's hand to activate. Once inside the illusion, the user can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them. Mandatory 15 chakra.

KG Techniques (Sharingan Eye/Uchiha Related)

This fully develop eye containing three seals will allow the ninja to completely read their target's movements allowing the user to see the image of an attacker's next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body by watching their target's reflexes. In other words, everything the ninja views will become vividly clear, as the ninja can then synchronize their movements to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there. Note, the images of the opponent may vary due to their opponent's level of speed is faster than others. This newly evolved eye can now read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, learning how the skill is done, however this skill capability is limited to the Copying Ability (Evolved) copying ability. This is done by the Piercing Eye to view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. The Hypnotic Eye grants the Sharingan the ability to utilizes Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. Sharingan costs 1 chakra to maintain per post.

Copying Ability (Evolved)

This is the same as the previous Copying Ability. However, the user can now copy jutsu up 1 rank above the user. If the user doesn't have the physical skill nor a contract to perform the jutsu the jutsu cannot be used. Also with this jutsu the Sharingan User can copy nearly perfectly any form of movements and handwriting, lip movement, etc. (If this jutsu is used this way it's jutsu cost is nothing). However if the Sharingan user copies a jutsu up to C rank this jutsu cost is the same as their previous Copying Wheel (CC: 5). Note, this jutsu can only be used four times a year (once a month in RPG Forum Rules). Cannot copy KG/Clan Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu.

Sharingan • Mugen no Jutsu

This basic Sharingan eye technique will allow the Sharingan holder to utilize the Hypnotic Eye to infiltrate the minds of others and seized their foe's vision by implanting false thoughts creating a small illusion, this small illusion can take form of anything the Sharingan user chooses. The small illusion allows the foe to lower their guard for a moments time, leaving an opening for an attack. However the Sharingan user can extend the length of the jutsu, if this method is used the jutsu can only last for five post (In total) and will cost an extra 3 chakra.

By the Sharingan user utilizing the Hypnotic Eye to enter the minds of others to make them speak the truth. This is done by the victim first staring into the Sharingan user's Sharingan or vice-versa, this will cause the opponent to fall instantly under the Sharingan user's illusionary spell allowing the one affected to get hit with a strong sensation of truth serum. This will making gathering intel from a shinobi a lot easier as the Sharingan user to use Mind disruption techniques to pull out further information until they release the Genjutsu.

Karasu Bunshin no Jutsu

Sub-Type: Pure Chakra

This technique allows the ninja to create a bunshin of themselves the bunshin can disperse themselves into multiple crows to play tricks the opponent allowing them to think it's Genjutsu or some sort. Also the bunshin can speak and react while even in crow form. However this jutsu doesn't requires hand seals. By paying an extra 3 chakra the user can reform any existed clone back into it's clone form. Requires Kekkei Genkai Mastery Level 3.
